[edit] General information
Although in the depths of South London (which is known to bring certain Tecumsehs out in a cold sweat), Clapham South (or CCS as it's also known) is by no means the most far flung pitch in the League. It's very popular with South London teams and a large number of them are based here.
The proximity of home plate to The Avenue has made for a number of interesting foul ball moments in Tecumseh history, including a foul pop-up taking out the windscreen of a Panda car. The Tecumseh in question did the decent thing and emigrated.
Clapham Common South is also the home of the George pub, scene of the mighty Tecumseh pub quiz victory, where we walked out about 300 quid up (in part down to Two Pants knowing the answer to the question "what's the capital of Canada?").
