Tony found the Tecumsehs by googling "Hackney & softball" and loves playing for the team so much that a subsequent move to the deep south (Tooting) hasn't stopped him making the long trek north to play. Tony abiding memory of his first game in 2003 for the team is winning £300 in the pub quiz afterwards thus convincing him that this was a cool team to play for. It would be nice to say that Tony's game has improved enormously since joining the team but this would be a lie. But it would probably be fair to say that Tony's form has remained unchanged since he started playing softball for the Nottingham Redbacks in a former life.

Tony is the oldest member of the team which pleases Adrian and Larry no end.
